Our Shipping & Handling Policy

All items ship out immediately after purchasing. Please contact us beforehand for any special shipping requests and we will do our very best to accommodate them. 

International Orders & Shipping

For international orders, we update shipping costs based on your location. We look to use the least expensive shipping service offered (unless you specify otherwise) in order to save you money. Once the item and updated shipping cost payments have been received, we then ship out your package. Please be aware that sometimes with customs and import fees you may find your total costs exceed the price of the item or what you were intending to spend. We will not circumvent any import or customs fees by declaring items as gifts or undervaluing their worth, so please do not ask us to do so.

Return Policy

We accept returns on a case-by-case basis.

In the off chance we make a mistake in representing the item, simply let us know by emailing us and we will be happy to accept your return. Your money is refunded when the item is received in the condition it was originally in when we sent it to you. We find that via USPS it can take about 3-5 business days for items to arrive back at our shop. You will be refunded immediately upon receipt.

At Style Paradise, your satisfaction is our number one priority. We go to extremes to set expectations for your purchase starting with our meticulous product photography. As the saying goes, we believe our pictures are worth a thousand words, and that our descriptions fill in any lingering blanks or confusion left afterwards. That being said, every item is unique given its pre-owned nature, complete with its own wear and patina. Because of this, it is super important that you pay close attention to both the photos and the item's description so you can familiarize yourself with the exact item you'll be receiving. We cannot outline every little nick and scuff, but we do our best to make sure the item's appearance and condition are well-documented and accurately-articulated in both the photos and in the item's description.
